Martinwoods Cabins Westwind Lodge

                                                                     Lessee agrees to the following terms, conditions and guidelines
1.    Cabin is to be occupied by those on rental agreement only NO VISITORS, This means, daytime, night time, anytime.  Only the guests on the reservation are to be there.  If other people show up, the reservation will be void and everyone will need to leave, no refunds given.  Lessee agrees to be responsible for ALL guests, including any damages or missing items.
2.    Check in is between 4:00 and 5:00 check out is before 10:00 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Extra charge for late check out
3.    Must be an adult 40 years of age or older to rent cabin. Copy of driver's license must be emailed along with confirmation.  Must have proper ID and CREDIT CARD with you at check in. Person that rents must be present and staying for the rented period.  Nobody will be permitted to check in until the person responsible for renting the cabin is present.
       If you rent this cabin and falsify the age and it is found to be different at check in there will be no refund due to you renting the cabin under false pretense and you will be asked to leave with no refund. We do not rent our facilities for after-prom, high school graduation parties, college formal parties, bachelor/bachelorette, fraternity or sorority parties.. Copy of id will be taken at check in.
4.    Must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. Credit card will automatically be charged 45  days before arrival.  If card is declined reservation will be canceled and no refund of deposit.
5.    Deposit $300.00 .
6.    Illegal use of firearms, drugs, alcohol, or fireworks as well as pets on the property will result in immediate termination with no refund.
Please respect the other guests with no loud music, noise, yelling etc. If it gets to a noise level that is interfering with the other guests you will be asked to leave with no refund.
7.    We supply a starter supply of toiletries, if you will need more than we provide please bring extra. Fireplace is for WINTER use only. 
8.    Lost key fee $100
9.    $300.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations once we receive signed confirmation and if canceled within 45 days of arrival the full amount of stay will be charged,  ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING TO sales@martinwoodscabins.com   Please check dates before signing, no refunds for lessee requesting wrong dates, early departure, or the number of guests decreasing from stated number on this contract. If you cancel within the 45 days there is no re booking
10. Hot tubs and Decks can be slippery when wet, use caution, we are not responsible for any accidents that result due to not following guidelines posted at each cabin. Hot tub rules- no sitting, standing etc. on hot tub covers, or filter cover, water must be above highest jets or damage will occur, shower before entering, lid must be on at all times when not in use, you are responsible for damage that you cause .  $800 charge for hot tub cover damage.
NO GLASS CONTAINERS IN OR AROUND HOT TUB, deposit will not be refunded if glass is found in the hot tub
11. There will  be an extra cleaning fee if the cabin is not how you found it when checking in. (example, dishes dirty in the dishwasher or sink, food and drinks spilled on floor, cigarette butts not in the receptacle provided outside. All trash must be bagged before placing in outside cans, if not bagged there will be an extra charge. 
12.    By signing below, lessee has fully read and understands this agreement and agrees to the terms and conditions therein, including that by signing this contract you are responsible for payment as set forth above, including cancellation terms, realizing that violation may result in termination or loss of deposit. Lessee hereby releases Martinwoods Cabins from any and all liability resulting from any accident, injuries, or conditions resulting from the use of the facilities rented under this agreement. Lessee further agrees that in the event any litigation arises over this lease of the use of the cabin, the only venue shall be in Hocking County, Ohio.
13.  Appliances, hot tubs, central heat and air can malfunction of break down, there will be no monies refunded for such occurrences, however we will attempt to have the problem fixed as soon as humanly possible. Same goes for power outages, unfortunately these are things we have no control over.

14. FIRE IN FIRE RING ONLY (NOT TO BE MOVED)   $100 minimum charge, Do not leave unattended and no burning if windy                                      NO FURNITURE IS TO BE MOVED. $100 minimum charge

15.    NO pets /animals              NO Smoking Inside     NO Fireworks             NO Hunting             NO ATV        (Min. $500 charge for any of these violations)

All guests in your party will be asked to leave with no refund if you bring a pet.

16.  Not responsible for items left behind.  

17. No carving in trees, digging in yard or any other destruction to property.

Security camera on drive/parking area as well as entrance for your safety as well as ours.  (no cameras in any private area)

4 wheel drive is a must for Westwind if there is any possibility of snow or ice. If you do NOT have 4 wheel drive for winter please do not book the cabin,  ALL Wheel drive is NOT  4 wheel drive. Cancel for any reason travel insurance is suggested in case you would need to cancel.

3 night minimum required.

8 bedroom, 4 bath, 2 great rooms and 2 full size kitchens

$899 weekdays for 11-20 guests

$99 weekends 11-20 guests

Can also be rented as a 5 bedroom 2 bath for 1-10 guests

5 bedroom includes 5 bedroom 2 bath, a great room and a kitchen

rates for 5 bedroom  (the other part of the cabin is locked with no access)

$489 weekdays

$589 weekends

Holiday weekends are charged at weekend rate for all nights

any night that attaches to a Friday or Sat is charged at weekend rate
