The space
We are please in offering you our main level of our 2-family beach Home. We are located on 10-minute walk to the rstr and activities. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, on Wednesday night Beach Fireworks. And the free Concerts on the Beach every Thursday.
Not only do we have a great location, but we also have one of the nicest houses in Seaside.

At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many night clubs on the Boardwalk (no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes away).
And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing, or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).

Rental is based on the acceptance of our standard short-term lease.
We offer over 25 summer rentals in Seaside Heights and Seaside Park. We operate much like hotels in regards to providing additional services, such as towels, additional beach badges and car passes, cleaning services during your stay and so forth. As assurance for these services and for any rental agreement violation and/or damages WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
Please note we offer quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.
