LOCATION: We are located on the beach block, just five homes from the boardwalk and beach. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. The hassle of carrying your stuff for blocks to the beach is now a distant memory.

We've installed new walls; flooring, kitchen and bathrooms for that fresh new look and smell. We offer a very spacious
LIVING ROOM: Two Leather Couches; one with a Queen size pull, and 60 inch flat TV with Cable, Netflix, and and pandora (music) plus Wi-Fi throughout
BEDROOMS: All of our mattresses are memory foam, assuring you the best night's sleep. Our memory foam mattresses are all naturally antimicrobial and resistant to allergens, mold, bacteria and dust mites.
Our brand new KITCHEN has quiet push all wood cabinets, high efficient electric stove tops, granite countertops and stainless steel sink, fan, dishwasher and refrigerator.
BATHROOM: Two Full Bathroom; One with Tub and Shower and the other with a Grand Walk in shower.
Guest access
Our beach home is a Front-to-back 2-family and you unit is in the front.
There exist a cinder-block wall separating both units.
Each unit has it own separate entrance,
You will be hard press to see or hear the other guest.

Rental is based on the acceptance of our standard short-term lease.
We offer over 25 summer rentals in Seaside Heights and Seaside Park. We operate much like hotels in regards to providing additional services, such as towels, additional beach badges and car passes, cleaning services during your stay and so forth. As assurance for these services and for any rental agreement violation and/or damages WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.
