Looking for an affordable well care for two bedrooms close to the beach, well we have just what you are looking for: Welcome to our new main level recently redone two-family Beach House.
The space
We offer an idea location, no need to carry your beach items, you are just steps from the Boardwalk/Ocean, just a 1-minute walk (or 10 second run). Carrying all those beach items will now be a distance memory and should you need to go back for that emergency, it nice to know it is all doable.
It small (about 350 sq. ft), but ideal for a family of four or 2 couples. No need to force your family in a one-bedroom, for basically the same rental amount you will have the luxury of each having their own private bedroom. Come and enjoy our recently redone 2-bedroom beach house, tile floors throughout, new updated full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cable TV with premium channels, Wi-Fi, 50 Inch smart flat screen TV in Living room and each bedroom has its own 30-inch TV, (just in case you wish to watch your own show). Rental is based on the acceptance of our standard short-term lease.
We offer over 25 summer rentals in Seaside Heights and Seaside Park. We operate much like hotels in regards to providing additional services, such as towels, additional beach badges and car passes, cleaning services during your stay and so forth. As assurance for these services and for any rental agreement violation and/or damages WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
