Pool light is on a timer. It lights up every night for ambiance while you sip your drinks or go for a night swim. Everyone must be able to swim since we have a pool and the ocean is across the street and the bay is 2 blocks away.
We supply Badges so you can access 2 public playgrounds that have swings, 2 fishing piers, basket ball court, tennis courts, shuffle board and baseball field. Make reservations with the Town for the Annual Famliy Baseball Game. Circus and Local Amusement Park is 10 min drive away.

2 New H0t Tubs are Scheduled to Arrive Fall of 2017. Each tub is large enough to hold 7 people. Each tub has dual heaters and over 100 jets including 2 Heavy Duty Jets with 3+ HP.

All Bedrooms are on the 3rd and 4th Floors. However, 1 Bedroom with a Hospital Bed is on the 2nd floor. Plenty of stairs to climb. No Elevators. No Chair lifts. Walk in Shower is on the 3rd floow. Shower on the 2nd floor has a tub. So you have to climb over the side of the tub to get into the shower. We are NOT hanidcapped accessible. Pool stairs does not have a banister you can hold onto.
We have 7 Dining Tables. This includes 1 Dining Table for 8 people in the dining room. 2 Dining Tables in the Indoor Porch that seats 16 and overlooks the New Boardwalk, 4 Dining Tables Outdoors on the Sundecks for Dining while overlooking the Ocean or watching Sunsets, 3 Bistro Tables for Romantic Moments. Sterling Silverware and Crystal Waterford Wine Glasses for FIne Dining. Large Beer Mugs for Partiers.
We have central air conditioning throughout the house plus heat. 2 Zone AC. We have screened windows for those who enjoy an Ocean Breeze while listening to the Ocean Rustle.
Please connect your game console or Rojo to our large flat screen tvs. 2 Playgrounds are 4 blocks away. We provide Badges so you can access these playgrounds. Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Baseball field, shuffle board, swings, monkey bars, and 2 fishing piers comprised these 2 playgrounds. You will need to make a reservation in advance to use the Baseball Field for the Annual Family Game with a soft soccer ball.
5 Blocks away are 2 Fishing Piers, Yacht Club with dock, Jet Ski Rentals (10 min drive away), Boat moorings in Bay 2 blocks away, Kayaking and Surfing across the street on Private Beach with Life Guard I supply Beach Badges so you can use of this. Boat and Jet Ski Rentals are at your expense.
2 shared bathrooms of which 1 has a tub with a shower. The other bathroom has 2 sinks, 1 New Kohler Pressurized Toilet, and a shower. 1 Outdoor shower with Hot water. 2 New Bathrooms and 2 Hot Tubs that hold 7 people in each tub are to be installed in the Fall of 2018.
You can raise/lower your head and feet by pressing a button on 4 of our beds. These beds include 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Extended Long Twins side by side to form a King bed. We will change beds to meet your needs such as put in a Bunk Bed or Queen bed where and when needed. We have a total of 20 beds of which 11 are Brand New High Quality Sterns and Foster Pillowtop 15.5 inches thick! Choose from 7 Firm or Plush Queen Beds. All 3 Kings are Firm Beds. New Extended Long Twins are Firm and Plush. You choose.
2 Bathrooms of which 1 has a tub with a shower and was recently remodeled. The other bathroom has a shower, 2 sinks and a New Pressurized Kohler toilet. 1 Outdoor shower with Hot Water by Outdoor Pool.
A New Boardwalk has just been built in front of our home. You can go crabing at night using flashlights or fishing off of 2 piers that are 5 blocks away. You can go saning in the bay which is 2 blocks away.

Beach Badges for access to the Beach given when you arrive while we clean and repair. You can use the private beach across the street and go swimming in the ocean if you arrive before 6PM. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 2000 USD is due immediately.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure.
