Snowater Condo #28 - Ground Floor Condo - Sleeps 4 - Close to Community Amenities! Now with Wifi!This is a tastefully decorated ground floor family condo includes 1-bedroom and 1-full bath. Features include an open living/dining area with a full sized hide-a-bed, a gas fireplace, a small deck overlooking the well maintained grounds, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, 1-full bath, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up 2 to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions. Deposit: An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date. Cancellation: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.

FROM VANCOUVER, B.C (Canada): Take Highway 99 (South) to the Peace Arch Crossing at the Canada / USA border exchange, then take Interstate-5 (South) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt.
