New wood floors, carpet, furniture, fixtures, counter tops, all new appliances, etc. The Summit Condos vary greatly in quality of the unit depending on the owner. Some have never been upgraded and some are 5 star. Our condo is 5 star gold rated.

No check in is required because their is a key lock box and you can park right outside the condo. Linens are included in all rentals.
