Part of a small condos site of 20 privately owned condos, situated 5 minutes walk from the centre of Sosua, 10 minutes maximum from the beaches. No need to rent a car! Well-lit street parking available if you do. Master bedroom includes king-size bed, 40" TV, mirror closet, wall safe and desk area. There is an en suite shower room with toilet and washbasin. Second bedroom can be configured with either king-size or 2 x twin beds, 32 " TV, mirror closet and wall safe. There is a second shower room off the landing, with toilet and washbasin.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
Downstairs there is a living area , with a large sofa, bookcase/drawers, desk/office chair, 32" TV, dining area with table/4 chairs. There is an open fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, gas stove, and a half-bathroom. There is shared wifi across the site, which is included. There is also private wifi to allow streaming TV, films (e.g. Netflix), sports etc. to the TVs, or to use with your computer or tablet however you wish.
For your security we have electronic gate access to site, and there is a night watchman. In each condo there is a wall-safe to keep documents and cash safe. Locking pins secure balcony doors, and each entry has two locks. If you need assistance, there is a resident administrator (for the site), the owner lives nearby and employs a local manager and repairman (for the condo).
Arrival and transport: There is no check-in desk - you must inform us of your arrival time. We can book you a taxi from Puerto Plata or Santiago airports. Moto-concho taxis abound. Five minutes’ walk brings you to the public transport, which can be very crowded. We can recommend reliable taxi drivers and car rentals. Long-distance buses (Caribe Tours and Metro) travel to Sosua from Santo Domingo and Santiago.
What is included? Electricity is included in our prices, except that air conditioning usage is extra - by meter or a flat rate of $5 per day per unit. 2x per week cleaning and change of sheets/towels included. Initial 5 gallon jug of drinking water included, then 50 pesos per jug. Personal laundry at a charge of 25 pesos per pound.
The second bedroom can be configured as a king-size bed (for rent by 2 couples) or as 2 twin beds (for a family). There is a small patio, but no balcony.
I do not rent to children under the age of 8 at Condos Dominicanos. The pool is deep and therefore dangerous. No pets.
Where to go? We are five minutes’ walk from the centre, with an array of bars, restaurants, night clubs, shops and supermarkets. Round the corner are banks, liquor store, mini-market, fruit-and-veg and Dominican fast food. The main beach is 10-16 minutes stroll, and Playa Alicia less than 10 minutes. Or spend your time relaxing by the pool in your own little oasis - relaxed and regenerated.

We love Condos Dominicano. We have been staying in this complex for 16 years on and off. This has always been our top choice for accommodations. It is close to everything, the pool area and courtyard are beautiful and it has always been reasonable. The only downfall is the guest policy...I would rather see dogs and cats on-site rather than the local chica guests.

My absolute first choice to stay short-term when I have guests - perfect location, everything works, great wi-fi (important when you need to be accessible) and, important for me, spacious and a great bed. The only down-side is during the high season when it gets booked out by all the regular guests but always worth checking for gaps

I had an excellent stay at CondosInSosua. Lindsay was a great host. She always replied very fast, check-in/out was very smooth. Condo was very comfortable, clean and in great location. I will definitely stay again.
