We purchased Le Gallerie because it occupies one of the most breathtaking positions in St Lucia and possibly the whole of the Caribbean. If you want somewhere very special to stay then please talk to us directly as we are the owners and can provide you with the most insight and assistance.

The house is perched on the cliff top 300 ft directly above the Caribbean Sea looking straight at the magnificent Pitons across Soufriere Bay. The perspective of the Pitons is special as is the connection with the ocean as nothing stands between our beautiful home and the vast, blue, mystical pannarama to the horizon..

Vast living areas are provided both inside the house and around the infinity edge swimming pool. A 60 foot sitting room and covered veranda provide ample relaxation space for entertaining and unwinding.

All five double en-suite bedroom suites face the Pitons and have their own balcony areas. The horizon from the house also sweeps round to the setting sun offering one of the most amazing and romantic locations imaginable. On clear days you can also see the island of St Vincent.

A private path leads down 300 feet to a stony beach which is directly on one of the island's marine dive reserves.

The house comes fully staffed; house keeper, chef, gardener/pool maintenance and night watchman - all you have to do is enjoy the most relaxing and beautiful location. Our wonderful staff are there to take care of you.

Our group has just gotten back from our New Year's celebration at Le Gallerie. What can I say wow! The house is beyond beautiful. Waking up every morning to that glorious view was a memory none of us will forget. The staff made the stay so special. What a great group of people. They couldn't have been nicer & more accommodating, this despite the fact that they had just had a crippling tropical storm over Christmas Eve that knocked out power and no water & many bridges washed away. Sharmaine & Catherine & her staff cooked wonderful meals. I still wish I had someone prepare my breakfast every morning. Albert the night watchman sat up with us many a night telling us about his island & making suggestions. What can I say about Bernard, the driver, other than I wanted to take he & his wife home with me. He met us at the airport & saw to our every transportation need. We had a most memorable dinner with he & his wife at Ladera resort. This being despite the fact that it was their anniversary so we bought them dinner & so enjoyed listening to their life story. What wonderful people. Last I can't say enough about Ben & Bar, the owners, for making our vacation a dream come true. This despite the tropical storm & having some bad times at home as well. It was truly a fantastic experience. Thanks again.

My husband and I got married at the villa and it was beautiful - breathtaking view and enjoyable time with friends and family. We re-arrange the main living area to seat 75 guests and held the ceremony in the balcony with the view of the piton in the background. Our cocktail reception was at the gazebo and around the pool area. Our guests had a great time and lots of pics! I will recommend Le Gallerie if you are looking for this beautiful romantic view that you will be able to capture on your beautiful day.

We chose this house for our destination wedding in April and it was absolutely perfect! The villa and view were amazing! The staff were incredible - Shermaine is an amazing cook and Catherine turned our beds into living works of art every morning with flowers that grew around the house. Bernard took great care of us and was a fountain of information. Same goes for Albert - full of information. He also is the grill master and taught us some fun games (Steal the Heap and Farkle)! Everyone was so nice. If you don't mind the walk down (and back up) to the ocean, there is some great snorkeling in the Marine Reserve. We went out on the ocean to fish with Captain Mark one day - caught a barracuda that Bernard cleaned for us, Shermaine marinated, and Albert grilled! Mara came to give us massages a few days, using her homemade coconut oil. The wedding was like a dream. The pictures are so incredible they don't look real! Bar was amazing, organizing everything for us and hooking us up with all her contacts on the island. Orlando's food was great, my friends are still raving about the wedding dinner! We couldn't have asked for a better location for our wedding, many thanks to everyone involved!

We held our executive retreat at Le Gallerie in April and it was amazing. The setting and views are breathtaking; you fell like you are in a post card. The house and grounds are beautiful. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The food was excellent. Ben and Bar where extremely helpful in the planning of our itinerary. My only suggestion would be to list the shuttle costs to avoid sticker shock and/or misunderstandings at the end. We highly recommend Le Gallerie.

Le Gallarie is a beautiful villa with a stunning vista. Our 2 week stay was effortless and the kind and helpful staff were superb. The sunsets from Le Gallarie's deck are breathtaking. The food was very good and varied, fresh fish and shellfish are available via the local fishermen. There is a steep path down to a pebbled beach that is superb for snorkelling. However we spent most of our time diving the many local marine reserves with the local dive master Chester, whos business Action Adventure Divers can be found on the beach in Soufriere bay. This was our second stay and both were exceptional vacations. I would highly recommend Le Gallarie. As with anywhere in the Caribbean it's important to wear a high factor sun cream and insect repellent at dawn and dusk.

La Galarie is everything promised. In December 2014, we went to st. Lucia to celebrate my birthday with 8 women. We were greeted warmly at the airport and brought to this beautiful house were rum punch and fish fritters were waiting. It truly is the best spot in st Lucia with gorgeous view of the pitons and sunset. It was luxurious but also adventurous. We hiked, snorkeled and took in the local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great. There are 5 beautiful bedrooms with great views but we shared beds. Great for couples but we women all had a fabulous time.

Le Gallerie is simply a heaven on earth in St Lucia. Spectacular siting, architecture, a priceless view, staff that are family, Shermaine and Catherine making whatever dish you desire(especially local) , relaxing without a care in the world in paradise with a rum punch. My family felt like royalty, and some of the finest snorkelling is simply down thru the garden and cliff stair..& for the adventurous you can even snorkel to the dive shop around the corner. Le Gallerie is a stunning place to stay in St Lucia. The house is beautiful, its light airy decor feels colonial but modern. It is well maintained and refreshed daily with flowers and the small and appreciated touches make it very special. The view of the Pitons is iconic and stunning as you look out across the bay of Souffriere where you can enjoy snorkelling or scuba. The beautiful hummingbirds and other wildlife are wonderful to watch as you sit with a rum punch and the evening sunset is stunning in this magnificent setting Le Gallerie offers a friendly and special welcome, its like coming home to friends; thank you for making this stay so wonderful

Words cannot express how much fun my family and I had at the Le Gallerie property. Everything was absolutely perfect! The home was so beautiful, my husband and I couldn't stop taking pictures of the home itself, and the view of the Pitons from the dining table! The view was so amazingly beautiful! They're no words in the English language that could describe the beauty of the view. The amazing hardworking staff, the food prepared by Chef Sharmaine, and the card games that my family played with the security guard, Albert, were definitely the few highlights of our trip. I cannot end this review without thanking the most wonderful owners of the property, Ben and Bar! You both were extremely accommodating to my large family of 12. My family consisted of 10 adults and 2 infants. The owners made sure that baby cribs were available for the babies to sleep. The owners and all of the staff went over and beyond my expectations to make sure my family and I were well taken care of during our stay at the villa. My husband and I are still raving about the key lime pie, fish cakes, coconut shrimp and the steaks that Sharmaine made for us. I definitely plan to return to St. Lucia again in the near future to stay at this hidden gem of paradise. When I return, I plan to conquer the Gros Piton hike a second time and spend more time at the Sulphur Springs ????

Don't forget your camera ! You will want to look at that view forever! Extremely special place and having travelled all over the world, there are also very special people in St Lucia. Beauty & smiles abounds in all directions. The property and house are stunning. If one appreciates historically designed homes for locations such as this, you will appreciate the house even more. Everything perfectly designed for comfort and maximum use of the views. The staff were amazing and the food equally as delightful. Having two hotels close by permitted us to also enjoy restaurants and the beach. Climb down the mountain side with Tiki to the private rock beach if you have the power or be lazy around the pool with a cold Piton beer!

Well, it has taken me nine months to find the quiet to follow up with a review of the most dreamy, relaxing vacation ever. My husband surprised me for my fortieth birthday by sending myself and nine of my closest friends to St. Lucia for five nights. And, boy, did he pick the most fabulous house on all the island!! Not only does La Gallerie boast THE most envied view, but also the most precious, warm, friendly staff whose culinary talents are absolutely unmatched. Upon our arrival, Cookie and Shermaine decorated each bed with beautiful flowers and petals from the surrounding area. It was so charming. Shermaine, Josephine, and Cookie made it their top priority that we were comfortable, WELL fed, and that we felt cared for in every way during our stay. I cannot say enough about this beautiful place, its top notch staff, the overall cleanliness, and the delicious cuisine. Thank you, Bar and Ben, for sharing your little piece of heaven with us girls! I remember my time there often, with such fondness. It's a trip I'll never forget! I truly hope to return sooner than later.

It is hard to describe the beauty of the house and the views of the Pitons. It is simply amazing. The greatest experience we have had on vacation ever. Every need and expectation was met by the property and staff. Charmaine, Cookie, Albert, Bernard took great care of us and made it even more special. There is little reason to ever leave the property as it is the gem of the island. We are already inviting more friends to join us and working on scheduling next holiday at Le Gallerie.
