This spacious 4 bedroom property ( 5 minute walk to famous Horseshoe Bay Beach on private path) with lovely large private pool and garden is ideally located on the grounds of the Fairmont Southampton Hotel, enjoying a commanding presence and stunning panoramic views of the world-famous Horseshoe Bay Beach!
Enjoy these incomparable views and listen to the sound of the surf as it gently laps the beach from anywhere on the property but especially from outside on the 72' x15' covered balcony.
"Southern Views" location on the Fairmont Southampton Hotel grounds - the hotel reception is less than a two minute walk away - provides ready access to hotel's golf (Turtle Hill Golf Club, winner of Golf Digest's Best Places to Play Golf), tennis, hiking trails, Willowstream Spa and five top-ranked restaurants offering some of the finest dining in Bermuda: Waterlot, Ocean Club, Boundary Sports Bar and Grille, Newport Room Gastro Pub, Beach and Pool Terrace Restaurants.
Other amenities include a five minute walk to the Bermuda Railway Trail, which spans 18 miles of Bermuda- ideal for walking, biking, and scenic tours. Famous Gibbs Hill Lighthouse is also within walking distance and provides 360 views from its upper viewing station. Horseback riding and all all the magic of Spicelands Ridge and South Shore trails which include sunrise and sunset guided tours begin a mere 5 minute taxi ride or moped ride away. Our family of 9 (grandparents, parents, and children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Southern Views. The house is lovely and comfortable. The views are amazing. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the beach, and the easy access to some of the amenities at the Fairmont. You can walk beyond the busy beach at Horseshoe Bay and discover peaceful panoramic coves. You can access boat trips from the Water Lot. You can have spa experiences at the Fairmont - or play golf. Kim and Michael Burns are the most helpful hosts. They were very solicitous of our comfort. Thank you for a wonderful family experience.

This place is hands down amazing!! I wanted to find a house to celebrate my wife's birthday with some of our friends and came upon this listing, I couldn't have been happier with how this turned out. We got there early and Kim and her husband could not have been nicer, welcoming us in while they got the house ready. I think I mentioned once that it was my wife's birthday and when we came back from lunch there were birthday balloons, streamers and banners and a small gift for my wife - the bests hosts I have ever seen. As for the place, it is amazing, the pool set up is fantastic and we spent every late afternoon into the evening just making drinks and laying by the pool before we did dinner. The views are unbelievable and the beach is just a quick walk down the hill or you can take the golf carts at the hotel which is just up the street. The beach is one of the best, if not the best, on the island and it was easy to get back and forth. We had lots of plans of going out at night but ended up enjoying the house so much that we stayed most of the nights just cooking in and enjoying the pool and the porch/amazing views. The house is big, pretty sure there were a few common rooms we didn't even end up using! The four bedrooms are huge and give great privacy with each having it's own unique features. And enough can't be said about the wrap around porch. Simply amazing. Our friends and I have already discussed making this an annual trip.

We rented both villas for a 6 day family vacation for a combination of 11 adults and 4 kids. Everything about this place was incredible. The views are truly stunning overlooking the iconic horseshoe bay beach and coves along the shore. The hosts, Kim and Michael are fantastic. They were very friendly and always available for any questions we had. Facilities were immaculate and very well maintained. Getting to the beach was super easy, a quick walk or shuttle ride down. We had an amazing time enjoying cocktails and hot tubs on the lower deck and hosting big family dinners on the upper covered deck both which overlook the ocean. We will be back!!!

Southerly Views is a lovely home to spend time and relax with the family. Plenty of room to have a large group and spread out and have enough space. Hearing the surf when outside on the porch was the best. We would highly recommend Southerly Views for your vacation.

We all had a magnificent time. The house exceeded expectations and Kimberly was wonderful - she even was there to let in our groceries the day before we arrived. The house is spactious, has a sublime view, even docking stations for the new cute, fun to drive little ‘carts’. The kitchen is superbly outfitted, great washer/dryer, wonderful, copious hot water and the covered porch is where we, too, spend hours and hours each day. And knowing that Bermuda is the most densely populated ‘country’ we didn’t ever feel squeezed because of the house and the site. It is also good to be on the grounds of the Fairmont Southampton. Plus the rosemary which grows in almost no soil - or sand!- is hearty and wonderful for the cooking we did. Thank you, THANK YOU!
