This property is a charming canal front home, newly updated with a light, airy Florida Keys feel. It is located on a canal just off of Tavernier creek offering quick and easy bay and ocean access. The house has two bedrooms and two full baths upstairs as well as a newly renovated kitchen and large upstairs living area. The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and sliding glass doors that open to the pool deck. This house is unique in that the pool is located on the second floor. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms (Queen Bed and Twin/Full Bunk Room) as well as a full bath and kitchen/Living area. Laundry on site. There is a newly landscaped, large back yard with an 80' dock spanning the property. There is on site trailer parking. The house is also equipped with WIFI and an ice machine. Beds include a king in the master, full and twin in upstairs guest room. The downstairs includes a room with a queen bed and a twin/full bunk room.

My wife and I and our two children, who are 9 and 14 years old, just spent an amazing week at this home. The second story pool was a blast, keeping everyone close and safe while we were hanging out. The canal is very close to the Tavernier creek so it is clean and perfect for swimming. The kids fished for snappers and caught lobster right at the dock. We cannot wait to come back for our next. This is the best home we have stayed in 6 years of visits to islamorada!

The Keys are awesome and this home made it even better. I was only there for a short time and I enjoyed every moment. There is everything you need in this home including a huge dock and second floor pool. So cool. I cant wait to book my next trip.

My husband and I have vacationed every year in the Keys for the last 19 years and have to say that this house by far was the BEST! The location, the amenities and the house itself were perfect. The swimming pool on the upper floor with the views was awesome and such a nice treat after a long day offshore fishing. Everything in the home was so comfortable and the fact that there are 3 fridges in the house was super convenient. The landscaping is beautiful but at night when the lights come on it is even more amazing and peaceful. BEST house in the Keys yet! Looking forward to next year!

This home is truly beautiful from top to bottom inside and out. The unique outdoor touches really set this home apart from the rest. The dockage and ocean access is second to none. Landscaping is amazing. The outdoor living areas are a great touch. I have stayed in many places in the keys, some good, some not so good. This is one of the best! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We visit the keys multiple times have stayed at many different spots, we have stayed here a couple times and this is by far the best spot in the keys! This is a very convenient place both the location being close to the grocery store, restaurants, marinas, etc. It is right on the inner coastal that is a short ride to bay side or ocean side if by boat. The house has many different amenities the convienece of the pool right out the living room on the second floor, multiple TVS on the deck, and awesome landscaping make it an ultimate set up for spending time outdoors. The house is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms upstairs, and the apartment downstairs. Very clean with cute decor! The owner is always easy to reach and is in constant communication, I could not think of a single complaint!
