The apartment is of 50 sqm inside and about 90 sqm of terraces and is located at the last floor of a modern builduing with concierge, in the central west part of the city, in the Monteverde district, very close to Trastevere and well connected to the city center. Recently renewed and equipped with every comfort, the house can host up to 6 guests.

The flat consist by a particular bedroom with a loft king size bed futon style and an other rollaway bed under the loft. In the bedroom, structured with refined architectural elements and design, there's a tv, a closet and the access to a terrace equipped with table and chairs.
The living room has a big comfortable sofa bed with chaise longue, dining area, tv, air conditioning and access to the big terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has microwave, moka, toaster and all you need to cook. The bathroom with shower is a colorful corner of private area. The big terrace, with the great view, present table and chairs for outdoor dining, cover from the sun to enjoy the outdoors even during the hottest hours and a barbeque to cook our famous Italian food as well as vases and ornamental plants and herbs to enrich your culinary dishes. All the flat is furnished by a wi-fi connection free.
