Your every need has been anticipated... chef inspired kitchen with granite countertops, sea-glass backsplash, Keurig, micro-convection oven, Tervis glasses, Calphalon pots/pans, attractive dishes & placemats.
Large Master bedroom (18'x13') with King memory foam topped bed, ensuite bath with tub/shower, walk-in closet. Spacious second bedroom (15'x12') with pillow-topped queen bed, double-size closet is next to the hall bath with walk-in shower. The adjoining laundry area has a fold-down table to fold your clothes or setup your laptop. Both bedrooms have TVs equipped with Fire HD TV, high end cotton linens, numerous pillows and fluffy bathrobes. Plenty of bath & beach towels as well as shower dispensers with hydrating shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion .
Other complimentary amenities: beach towels, tennis racquets, beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, Bumbo booster seat; sand toys, paper products, dish & laundry detergent. Gulf to bay resort property includes gulf-facing heated, saltwater community pool, beachfront lounge chairs, two tennis courts, gazebos for alfresco dining, charcoal BBQs, fishing dock, kayak and bike racks. Our family had an absolutely amazing stay! The property was superb-super clean and well appointed. Super easy to get in touch with owners. The beach was fantastic-quiet and lots of choices when shell hunting! The water was pristine! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in paradise!

The condo is nicely updated and is extremely well equiped. The owners are hands on and are a pleasure to work with. The property staff were friendly and reacted to our every need. We had great weather and nearly had the beach to ourselves. Who could ask for more.
