We did not get the reserved property due to \"problems with the heating\" in the building. We were upgraded to a four bedroom unit on Union Square. The unit had not been prepped; A/C units still in windows so drafty and frigid on first nights. Maintenance took out the units; then it was very warm. Great location close to restaurants and cabs were easy to get on the Square. Also, Whole Foods and other stores on the Square met all our needs. Kitchen was small by our standards but not NYC. Beds were very soft so aching backs. Unit was very quiet and doorman gave confidence of security. Everything we needed was there and functional. The office was convenient and open upon our arrival. My NYC dwelling brother-in-law estimated the unit would rent for far more than we paid and stated we got a real bargain. Two of the three TVs did not work but not a problem as the living room TV met our needs. All in all, we had a good time and would recommend the company.
