This STUNNING Retreat Home boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathroom home ( 2 jetted tubs), and over 4,000 square feet of living and vacation space, not to mention the amazing grounds, with two docks, a gorgeous salt water pool, your own gazebo, and 4 balcony's to enjoy the gorgeous Florida sunsets! There are outdoor dining areas seating 8 + 2 bar stools, and on the interior of the home, there is dining seating for 12, a dining table that seats 8 and 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. The home offers ample privacy for all of our guests as it has a King Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom, additional Double Queen, Queen, Double Twin, and Full-sized Bedrooms. Coffee Bar on the upper level so you do not miss out on enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony of your bedroom! Adults and Kids will love the multiple TV areas.
The pool/spa and outdoor entertaining space is perfect for a BBQ or simply relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets after enjoying a day on the water! Beach towels, beach chairs, and equipment are included - additional items can be rented through our preferred vendors at a discounted rate - ask your property manager for more details.
Parking includes a large driveway fitting a maximum 6 cars. NO Parking on the private road leading to The Bay House Retreat. Boat lifts at the property are not available for guest use BUT there is a Pontoon boat that can be rented out separately from the house. Information provided upon request.
The home also features Smart TVs with cable in most bedrooms, living rooms, and outside. Downstairs bedroom with sitting area is perfect for kids with XBox ONE, board games and card games available like uno, skip bo, poker, boggle, monopoly, scrabble, etc., Two kayaks, Corn Hole, Basketball hoop, gas grill as well!

Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival result in a refund of 70% of the grand total. In the event the reservations exceeds $20,000 or 30+ days, cancellations must be made prior to 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive 70% of the grand total. |
