My place is close to the Convention Center, Las Vegas Strip, Airport and public transport. You?ll love my place because of the comfy beds, modern furniture and the kitchen.Apartment has a pool view, and balcony. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Building has Pool, Jacuzzi and Gym. Queen bed in each bedroom, and a queen air mattress is available.

Susan was an amazing host! She was very clear in her directions upon arriving at her place and made sure we were doing great during our stay. The place was very clean, modern and chic! It\'s not very far from the strip either as we dined out a couple times out there. Uber would arrive no later than 5 minutes anytime we requested them. We really enjoyed our stay at Susan\'s place! It was only two of us so the 2 bedroom 2 baths worked out perfectly! The only thing I would probably suggest is to maybe have some drinks on hand. She was so sweet to have yummy snacks ready for us, but there weren\'t any drinks. Not a big deal as we bought some, but just a small suggestion. :) Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here! It\'s very close to the strip yet far enough to not be caught up in the crowds, or the hustle and bustle of the strip. It was really nice!

Suzan\'s place is amazing. It\'s exactly how she described the place and it\'s a stone\'s throw away from LV Convention Center. Perfectly running kitchen with complete utensils. I\'ll definitely stay here again if ever i\'ll be back in Vegas.

I stayed in Las Vegas for two weeks for work and I had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the location is close to the strip. Communication was clear and Suzan checked in to make sure everything was okay. Great place if you want to stay off the strip and have a bit of normalcy, but close enough you can easily get to the casinos, and it\'s really close to the convention center. Recommend.

Just like described in pictures. VERY clean, tidy. Super close to convention center, so ideal for our purposes. Safe building, good parking, quiet at night. Highly recommend for 2 business travelers needing more than just a basic hotel room. Suzan was OUTSTANDING, very helpful, flexible - the perfect airbnb host!!

We loved the condo, the pictures were accurate and it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Suzan was easy to get a hold of and responded immediately! We had a great stay in Vegas and would definitely rent this condo again!!

Suzan\'s place was perfect for our stay in Las Vegas. We did not want to stay on the strip and this was a great alternative. When we arrived, we were unsettled by the exterior of the building but upon opening the door to the condo, we were presently surprised! Here condo was furnished luxuriously. The pool and fitness center was a nice additional perk! This condo had all the amenities we needed. Suzan made it very easy for us to check in and out as well as made her self available. If you are looking for a more quite place to stay then the strip, you found it!
