We love water settings and acreage. We live on 9 acres about 10 minutes away from the river estate. We wanted a nice place to retire to without leaving the area since we have lived here for 35 years. When the river estate came on the market we jumped on it. This past year we have completely renovated the entire house. We are comfortable where we live and are not ready to retire just yet to the river estate so we are offering for vacation rental.
