We built this beautiful home as our second home to escape Florida during the summer. However, we decided that rather than leave it empty for much of the year, we would share this unique home and fantastic location with others. So this is our home and not a typical rental home. This is the reason for the granite counters, Oak floors and hand crafted steps and rails as well as the huge deck.
